Dashboard Overview

This dashboard gives you a clear picture of traffic safety in your city — where crashes are happening, who is being hurt, and whether things are getting better or worse over time.

The charts cover the last 5 years of crash data and break down collisions by month, time of day, day of week, travel mode (drivers, pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists), age, and ethnicity. Together they help identify patterns — like which hours are most dangerous, or which groups of road users are most at risk.

The data comes from the Texas crash reporting system (CRIS) and includes crashes with injuries ranging from fatal down to minor. Crashes on state-owned highways are not included. City-owned streets only.
